  • Payment method details (processed by their payment providers; we do not see full card details)

  • Product purchased, license key, price, and renewal status

  • The website domain(s) where the license is activated

  • Technical details like WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version, and site language when license checks or updates are performed

We have access to some of this data inside our Freemius developer dashboard to manage your license, provide support, and maintain our products.

3.4. Information collected from plugin usage

VentraConnect Social Login (Free)

The free version of the plugin obtained from WordPress.org:

  • Does not include the Freemius SDK, and we do not use it to send telemetry data to Freemius.

  • Stores configuration and settings in your WordPress database on your site.

  • May log technical errors or events locally (depending on your configuration).

We do not receive any personal data from your free installs unless you contact us and choose to share it (for example, in a support ticket or log file you send us).

VentraConnect Social Login Pro

The Pro add-on:

  • Is sold and licensed via Freemius.

  • May send technical data (e.g. site URL, plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version) to Freemius for:

    • License validation

    • Serving automatic updates

    • Security checks

If we enable optional usage tracking (“opt-in analytics”) via Freemius, and you explicitly opt in, additional non-sensitive usage data may be collected to help us improve the product (such as which plugin features are enabled, environment details, and general usage information). This data is processed by Freemius on our behalf and is governed by their data practices.

You can usually disable telemetry/analytics from the plugin settings at any time.
