  • Limited monthly support time and basic bug fixes

  • Monthly maintenance reports

2. Support Scope

Support includes:

  • Minor content edits and plugin setting adjustments (within your plan’s time limit)

  • Limited bug fixes related to WordPress or plugin issues

Support does not include:

  • Full redesigns or new feature development

  • Custom coding or third-party software support

3. Access & Credentials

You are responsible for providing accurate and secure access to your website and related services. We recommend using temporary admin accounts and secure vaults for credentials.

4. Payment Terms

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance

  • You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time

  • No refunds are issued for unused time or partial periods

5. Data Handling

We treat your data with strict confidentiality. All backups, monitoring, and service data are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to maintain and secure your site, WP Ventra is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or revenue due to third-party software failures or hosting downtime

  • Hacked or compromised sites due to outdated third-party code or insecure credentials

  • Any damages resulting from misuse of access credentials outside our control

7. Termination

You may terminate your service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or illegal activity.

8. Performance Optimization

We apply industry-standard techniques to improve your site’s speed, including caching, file compression, and optimization tools. However, due to factors beyond our control — such as third-party scripts, plugin bloat, or the limitations of your web hosting — we do not guarantee perfect PageSpeed scores or flawless Core Web Vitals across all websites.
